How seat creation works
Your seat will be automatically created after you purchase.
Critical: Use Consistent Email
When checking out, you will see two different email fields. They can be different addresses, but you must use them consistently across all future purchases.
Billing Email: Receives your receipts and is attached to your payment profile. Use the exact same Billing Email every time so your subscriptions stay grouped under one billing profile.
ReviewLead Login Email: The software account where your newly purchased seats will live. Use the exact same Login Email every time so all your seats go into the same ReviewLead 2.0 dashboard.

If this is your first seat, you will receive an email inviting you to set up a password to log in to the software. Your purchase will be prorated and future subscription fees are billed on the 5th of each month.
Seat management guidelines
Follow these rules to keep your account organized
- Always purchase seats under your own name and email (not your clients).
- Your seats will be automatically tied to your main account.
- You will rename each seat after it's created to match the client inside your ReviewLead account.
- If a client cancels, submit the cancellation form below and purchase a new seat for the next client.
Don't re-use existing seats
When a client cancels with you, please fill out the cancellation form below and purchase a new seat to avoid potential issues.
Why is the prorated amount more than the normal monthly cost?
If you place an order between the 1st and 4th day of the month, you will be billed the prorated amount for those days plus the normal monthly fee. We set up this 5 day threshold so you won't be charged a small amount and then the full amount just a few days later.

Update Payment Info
This feature will only work after you have purchased your first seat. Please make sure to use the same email address (the one you used when purchasing the course) each time you purchase a seat. This will allow you to view your seat subscriptions and update your credit card info.

CANCELLATION
Cancel Existing ReviewLead Licenses
Cancellation Policy: No refunds are issued for monthly seats unless the cancellation request was received by us prior to the 5th and we were unable to cancel the billing subscription before the charge went through.
Important timing note
To avoid being charged for the upcoming month, please submit your cancellation request before the 5th. This gives our team time to process the cancellation before your next billing cycle.
Permanent deletion
By submitting this form you understand that the seat you requested to be cancelled will be permanently deleted from your ReviewLead account and it cannot be recovered.
